Light Commercial

What is light commercial?
  • 3 floors or fewer in building height
  • Buildings not exceeding 24 units
Used for:
  • Residential occupancies
  • Business or Personal service occupancies
  • Mercantile occupancies

The fees for light commercial buildings vary depending on the size of the project, number of units and type of report. Most inspections start at $700.00.


Expert Witness

$175.00 per hour
Minimum 4 hour fee for court plus travel & expenses.

Prices in effect Oct.1, 2009.  All fees subject to applicable taxes.
