Regular office hours are from 7:00 am till 11:00 p.m., 7 days a week for booking your appointment (closed Sunday morning).

3500 Sq. Ft. $460.00
4000 Sq. Ft. $485.00

Light Commercial

What is light commercial?
  • 3 floors or fewer in building height
  • Buildings not exceeding 24 units
Used for:
  • Residential occupancies
  • Business or Personal service occupancies
  • Mercantile occupancies

The fees for light commercial buildings vary depending on the size of the project, number of units and type of report. Most inspections cost $550.00 Plus $50.00 for each extra unit. Fees will be subject to GST only.
