Scheduling an inspection

• The inspections are usually performed within 24 to 72 hours of the request
• Weekend and emergency inspections are available at no extra charge
• Inspections usually last 2 1/2 to 4 hours, depending on the size of home.
• It is recommended that the purchaser attends the inspection. In this way specific questions and concerns can be addressed.
• To schedule an appointment in our service area call from 7:00 am till 11:00 pm, 7 days a week (closed Sunday mornings).

Inspections by Gibson covers a large area. This area includes Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Brantford, Woodstock, Stratford, Listowel, Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, and all towns in between these cities.
