About Inspections By Gibson
At Inspections By Gibson, we do home and building inspections for people buying, selling, or maintaining their homes and businesses. We are open from 7 am until 10 pm and available for people to book online on our website. We have over twenty-nine years of experience in this industry and are quite involved with the home inspection business. Alden, our lead inspector, is the past president of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). We serve clients across southern Ontario.
With almost three decades of experience, our business is up to date with all the newest technologies and trends with home and building inspections, and we ensure that our clients get the best of services.

One of our biggest achievements has been receiving many awards from ASHI, OAHI, and Mike Holmes Inspections. In 2016, our lead inspector Alden was presented with the Philip C. Monahon Award, ASHI’s highest award for distinguished contributions to the Society and the Profession of Home Inspection in recognition and appreciation of his many years of service.
Our dream for the future is to see all home inspectors work for the clients with sincerity and honesty as we do with our clients.
While we are really passionate about what we do, we also care about protecting the environment, and we recycle and reuse as much as we can. We also believe in minimal consumption and try to reduce our waste to help the Earth.
We also believe in giving back to society, and as part of that belief, we partake in Yes Walk for Hearts St Mary’s Hospital.
